Walmart Data Ventures is looking for a detail oriented and passionate individual to join our growing Research Team as a **Senior Analyst** . This role is integral in supporting the team in executing and delivering insights from bespoke research projects. What you’ll do:
+ Develop a solid understanding of research best practices and demonstrate the ability to serve as a co-project manager across multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Support the Research Directors, Senior Managers and Managers on all aspects of quantitative and qualitative research processes, including research design, questionnaire development, programming, data collection, data analysis, and storytelling.
+ Interface with clients under with support from colleagues, demonstrating an ability to understand clients’ business needs.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support the development of our product suite by sharing client user requests, industry, market, and competitive trends in a positive and actionable way.
+ Serve as a product ambassador, demonstrating extensive knowledge of Walmart Data Ventures products and services.

Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
+ 0-1 years of market research and/or related experience.
+ Proven experience managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, setting.
+ Strong analytical skills with a high sense of curiosity and dedication to solving problems.
+ Strong computer skills, including MS Office.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
