    Experis Game Solutions is seeking a **Senior Test Lead with a minimum of 7 years experience managing game testing teams** to join their team. As a Test Lead, you will be expected to hit the ground running as part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various game development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail which will align successfully in the organization. The Senior Lead will have strong background in navigating partner relationships.

     

    **Job Title:** Senior Test Lead

    **Location:** Tempe, AZ

    **Pay Range:** $103,958.40+ depending on experience

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Direct the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities of assigned Test Associates and Software Test Engineers.

    + Author comprehensive test plans with guidance from senior leads.

    + Develop and execute staffing schedules to meet project demands.

    + Identify risks to budget planning, project schedules, and test deliverables.

    + Deliver daily and weekly project status reports to clients.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum 7 years of experience leading test teams in the **Video Game Industry** or equivalent experience.

    + Strong people management skills including performance planning, interviewing, hiring, coaching/mentoring, conflict resolution. Experience leveling up skills of Level 1 and Level 2 Test Leads

    + Strong experience collaborating with stakeholders to include partner Developers, Artists, Designers, QA, etc...

    + Experience with multiple bug reporting software solutions.

    + Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite.

    + Strong experience developing comprehensive test plans and providing comprehensive reports to stakeholders
