Do you have an eye for color, a strong back, and a nose for adventure (ok, maybe more for solvents)? We're on the hunt for a motivated **Ink Room Technician** who's ready to pour their energy into something vibrant!

What You'll Be Stirring Up (Your Daily Tasks):

• Keep our refill sheet updated and organized like a pro

• Fill Ink Docket Requests so press operators stay happy

• Use safe lifting and pouring techniques to move and handle 55-gallon drums and 5-gallon pails (seriously, we love safety)

• Begin training on the NovaFlow system and our inventory management software – tech meets tint!

• Maintain and flush the returns area

• Keep housekeeping standards high

• Use your basic flexo printing knowledge to stay ahead of the color curve

• Pass a color perception test – if you're colorblind, this probably isn't your dream gig

• Assist in color matching and formulation – make sure we hit the mark every time

• Work with solvents – safely, of course!

What We’re Looking For:

•️ Physically capable of lifting 5-gallon pails and maneuvering 55-gallon drums

•️ Comfortable working in a production environment

•️ Some basic knowledge of flexographic printing processes

•️ A team player who enjoys keeping things clean, colorful, and under control

•️ Willingness to learn new systems and tools

Bonus Points If You:

Already know your way around NovaFlow or inventory systems

Have experience in ink mixing or color formulation

**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $21.50 per hour
