Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Shipping Quality Control Tech in Agawam, MA!**

Pay rate: $18/hr

Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a – 5p

The Quality Control Associate role is responsible for conducting audits to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout all areas of the distribution center (DC).

Our ideal candidate must be able to:

+ Detailed documentation of inbound supplier receiving audits:

+ Packing slip accuracy

+ Labeling accuracy

+ Carton integrity

+ General packing and shipping

+ Inspection/audit of damaged freight

+ Documentation and communication of non-compliance with both the Supplier Relations and DC Teams

+ Support department standup meetings

+ Involvement in continuous improvement in developing compliance systems and process

+ Demonstrate strong safety awareness and flow all the guidelines within the DC

+ Participate in DC and Supplier Relations activities and events

Education/Certification Requirements:

+ High School Diploma or GED

Experience requirements:

+ 3+ years of distribution/operations/manufacturing experience

+ Working knowledge of MS Office suite

+ Strong organizational and communication skills

+ Independent and self-motivated

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
