    Contract to Hire

     

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable laboratory technician with strong wet chemistry skills, including titrations and handling acids/metals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured, SOP-driven environment, demonstrating precision and consistency in every task. We're seeking someone committed to long-term growth who can bring steady hands, focus, and a strong work ethic to the team.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform assigned physical and chemical testing per SOPs or specific work instructions.

    + Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.

    + Record test data and maintain required documentation and reports.

    + Conduct in-process inspections and evaluate test results.

    + Verify and transfer collected data into lab networks.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab space.

    Qualification Requirements:

    + Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Chemistry or related science); equivalent lab experience considered.

    + Prior laboratory experience is highly preferred.

    + Strong computer literacy and data entry skills.

    + Ability to work independently and follow directions carefully.
