    Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    Provides leadership and management for the operational activities of the center. Provides supervision for clerical, marketing, courier and technical staff.

     

    1. Delegates appropriate responsibility and authority to qualified supervisory staff.

    2. Initiates new hires, promotions, pay adjustments, counseling's, and terminations for staff.

    3. Prepares necessary HR documentation.

    4. Assures that patient records are maintained and in compliance with local, state, federal and regulatory standards.

    5. Processes invoices, status reports, and volume reports to management on a weekly basis.

    6. Initiates and approves all expenditure requests.

    7. Maintains knowledge of current local, state, federal and regulatory requirements.

    8. Conducts staff meetings to address employee concerns, facility problems and maintains open lines of communication.

    9. Assists and maintains budget activities and requirements, provides fiscal statistics.

    10. Coordinates and maintains knowledge of reimbursement requirements and assists in the initiation of changes to the charge system to maximize revenue in coordination with billing and collections.

    11. Establishes and maintains quality control procedures. Delegates as appropriate

    12. Monitors and implements systems requirements as needed

    What qualifications you will need:

    + Bachelors Degree, or Work Experience in lieu of Degree

    + 3 to 5 years related experience
