What you´ll do

+ Executes new product development projects, develops new approaches, solutions, processes, products within an agreed timeframe

+ Ensures compliance with Henkel corporate SHE standards, policies and procedures and manages the lab and innovation process

+ Executes process develop-s to support x-funct. teams to achieve completion of new technology products consistent with strat. objectives

+ Ensures that Henkel's new IP is protected through collaboration with internal and external partners

+ Provides guidance and recommendations on patents, trademarks and proprietary agreements

+ Connects with consumers and generates consumer insights through various platforms

What makes you a good fit

+ Minimum a Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Science, preferred PHD.

+ 3+ years of industry experiences.

+ Deep understanding of heat transfer materials and thermal interface products. Broad based knowledge of polymer science, including polymer chemistry, structure property relationships, rheology, bulk and adhesive mechanics of soft materials.

+ Preferred experiences with customer management.

+ This is an on site role.

+ Traveling of up to 10% can be part of this role.

The salary for this role is $98,000.00 - $130,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
