Description
**PRIMARY FUNCTION** :
The Retail Sales Operations Analyst is a go-to team player who helps drive results for the strategic initiatives of the Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations departments. Qualified candidates will have experience working cross-functionally and a track record of effective communication and project management. Additionally, this individual will be able to identify critical areas of opportunity and capitalize on the knowledge they learn along the way to sharpen their skills and grow within the company.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Promotions & Campaign Management:
+ Manage seamless execution of promotions & campaigns for Flexsteel retailers.
+ Oversee the execution of promotional and sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with the promotional calendar.
+ Manage back-end details, including product selection, asset creation, retailer participation, and execution.
+ Track and analyze sales and asset performance to assess year-over-year effectiveness and optimize future promotions.
Sales Operations Support:
+ Manage the Sales Operations inbox, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.
+ Monitor and report on Co-Op fund utilization and coordinate the ordering of retail experience-enhancing materials.
+ Develop and maintain sales tools for Market and IA events.
+ Track and report on the performance of key Sales Ops initiatives, including the Gallery/Studio program and Flexsteel University.
Operational Efficiency & Communication:
+ Anticipate and prioritize the needs of Sales Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless business operations.
+ Prepare business communications, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
+ Maintain an organized digital file system for efficient document retention and retrieval.
Data & Reporting:
+ Provide fast-paced, accurate ad hoc reporting to support Sales Operations and Leadership teams.
+ Analyze and interpret data with minimal supervision to drive strategic decision-making.
+ Proactively manage report requests by providing insights to distribution timelines or potential roadblocks.
+ Travel Required 10-20%
+ All other duties as assigned.
