Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact rebranding initiative for a prominent manufacturing organization in Lakeville, Minnesota. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment across diverse teams. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving project milestones, maintaining communication, and delivering results in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of a major rebranding initiative, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple workstreams.

• Serve as the central point of integration between internal departments and external vendors.

• Oversee progress on website development, marketing communications, and brand-related deliverables.

• Manage manufacturing, operations, and supply chain workstreams to align with project goals.

• Facilitate backend IT systems integration and data management processes related to the rebranding.

• Identify and resolve roadblocks, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.

• Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders to achieve cross-functional alignment.

• Utilize project management tools such as Wrike and Microsoft Project to track milestones and ensure timely delivery.

• Collaborate with executive sponsors and a matrixed team of 15-20 stakeholders to drive project success.

• Develop streamlined processes for issue resolution and proactive project leadership. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing or B2B environments.

• Proven track record leading rebranding or brand refresh initiatives.

• Strong understanding of matrixed organizational structures and cross-functional collaboration.

• Expertise in project management tools such as Wrike and Microsoft Project.

• Familiarity with managing marketing, IT, operations, and supply chain workstreams.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve challenges efficiently.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to align diverse teams.
