    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, rental companies, and end-users.

    + Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or customer base.

    + Demonstrate product features and benefits through in-person presentations and site visits.

    + Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales to meet revenue targets.

    + Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product specifications, competitive offerings, and market trends.

    + Collaborate with internal departments (service, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth customer onboarding and product delivery.

    + Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer demonstrations.

    + Provide after-sales support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

    + Maintain accurate records of activities, sales pipeline, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

    Qualifications:

    + Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in heavy equipment, construction, or industrial sales.

    + 2+ years of experience in aerial work platform sales or related field is preferred.

    + Strong understanding of aerial lift equipment and applications is a plus.

    + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

    + Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the sales territory.

     

    BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is **$75,000 - $85,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, 401K Match vested day 1, Health Benefits day 1** . This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
