Air Logistics Warehouse Specialist **Warehouse Associate – Full-Time | $20/hr**

**Schedule:** Wednesday to Saturday

+ Wed–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

+ Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

+ _Days off: Monday & Tuesday_

**Location:** [Flower Mound, TX] **Pay Rate:** $20.00/hour **Environment:** Fast-paced warehouse setting

Job Summary

We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in our distribution center. This role includes receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials, along with operating forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle inbound and outbound shipments using MH equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, etc.)

+ Receive and store inventory, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accuracy

+ Use RF scanners to track inventory and process orders

+ Load/unload materials from trucks or trailers

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors

+ Follow safety protocols and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

+ 1.5–2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience

+ Forklift experience/certification preferred

+ Strong attention to detail and reliability

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

+ Comfortable using warehouse management systems and RF equipment

+ Must be able to work under pressure with time-sensitive deadlines

+ English fluency required

Nice to Have

+ Experience in high-security, high-value inventory handling

+ Background in lean/continuous improvement environments
