Property Manager

Anna Parson of Robert Half is seeking an experienced Property Manager with expertise in community governance, financial management, and property maintenance, as well as hands-on experience managing HOAs, co-ops, and condos. As the Property Manager, your will:

+ Community Governance: Skillfully manage homeowner and tenant relationships within HOA, co-op, and condo settings, ensuring strict compliance with bylaws, community rules, and local regulations. Build strong board and committee partnerships to foster collaboration and transparency.

+ Financial Management: Maintain oversight of property budgets, financial statements, and expense tracking to maximize profitability and sustainability. Handle dues collection, financial audits, and vendor contracts with efficiency and professionalism.

+ Property Maintenance: Coordinate routine maintenance, building inspections, and capital improvement projects. Manage vendor contracts to ensure property standards are upheld within agreed timelines and budgets.

+ Problem Solving: Address tenant and owner concerns with swift resolution strategies, balancing resident satisfaction with business goals. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain property value and reputation.

+ Operations Leadership: Supervise on-site staff, contractors, and day-to-day property operations to deliver a seamless experience for owners and buyers.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Property Manager specializing in HOAs, co-ops, or condos.

+ Proven track record in community governance, financial oversight, and effective property maintenance.

+ Robust communication and negotiation skills to manage board relations and vendor partnerships with expertise and credibility.

+ Familiarity with property management software and Excel for budgeting and reporting purposes.

+ Strong knowledge of local housing laws, compliance regulations, and building codes.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (Degree Level highly desirable).

+ Certified Property Manager (CPM), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), or other relevant certifications.

+ Experience in transitioning properties to modern systems and enhancing community engagement.

+ Multilingual capabilities to manage diverse tenant bases (a plus, but not required).
