    Transitional Apartment Services Program (TAS) is looking for the right individual to join the team as a case manager! Bring your positive energy to assist people on their journey in becoming independent!

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide supportive services to program participants with mental illness with compassion and dignity.

    + Maintain charts and documents within the guidelines of Office of Mental Health. Assist with daily living skills of the participants.

    + Assist with light to moderate cleaning as needed.

    + Communicate with providers on a regular basis.

    + Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging.

     

    Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent and one-year qualifying experience. Experience working with multiple populations preferred. Must have reliable transportation and a valid NYS driver's license. Bi-Lingual candidates always welcome.
