• Field Service Technician II

    We’re seeking a **Field Service Technician II** to provide on-site technical support during aircraft assembly, specializing in troubleshooting and reworking aircraft interiors. This is your opportunity to work hands-on with advanced aerospace products.

     

    + **P** **ay** = $31 per hour **Direct hire**

    What You’ll Do

    + Diagnose and repair seat system issues, including cosmetic defects and electronic components

    + Support installation teams with expert hands-on adjustments, alignments, and part replacements

    + Work across multiple areas: receiving, factory floor, flight line, and BFE zones

    + Coordinate closely with engineers, QA, and airline reps to meet production timelines

    + Submit accurate part orders and ensure compliance with detailed rework instructions

    + Safely operate a company vehicle and attend daily standup meetings

    Who You Are

    + **Experienced:** 2+ years in field service or technical repair (aerospace or automotive a plus)

    + **Technically Skilled:** Strong mechanical aptitude, use of power/hand tools, and electronic troubleshooting

    + **Detail-Oriented:** Able to read engineering drawings, follow rework specs, and adhere to high-quality standards

    + **Customer-Focused:** Strong communication and professionalism when working alongside OEM and airline partners

    + **Adaptable:** Willing to work varied hours, including occasional weekends

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Familiar with MS Office, smartphones/tablets, and general computer navigation

    + Valid driver's license & ability to obtain a passport

    + Familiarity with safety protocols in manufacturing environments

    **Pay Details:** $31.00 per hour
