Our client, a leading provider in technology solutions, is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst Lvl 2/3 to join their team. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to technical support, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Desktop Support Analyst Lvl 2/3

**Location:** Big Rapids, Michigan

**Pay Range:** $28 - $34 per hour

***** Vehicle required-The position supports multiple sites and driving is required; Candidate should live close to Big Rapids, the primary support location

What's the Job?

+ Provide senior-level day-to-day support for end users regarding their hardware and software needs.

+ Assist end users in a timely resolution of any issues related to software and hardware problems.

+ Document and record procedures for new hardware and software implementations.

+ Configure, deploy, and support mobile devices for all users.

+ Monitor and report on software/hardware compliance and administer software updates.

What's Needed?

+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and associated peripherals.

+ Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

+ Ability to configure and troubleshoot email clients such as Microsoft Outlook.

+ Experience with Active Directory administration.

+ Strong understanding of Configuration Management systems like SCCM & Altiris.
