Overview
Position Summary: Full-time 7:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday
Primary responsibility for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial washers/dryer equipment for assigned accounts. May be responsible for maintenance of more complex equipment as needed.
Key Job Responsibilities:
+ Troubleshoot mechanical repairs to commercial washers and dryers equipment.
+ Repair equipment.
+ Clean equipment as needed.
+ Maintain stock of parts in assigned Company vehicle and manage inventory.
+ Main assigned Company vehicle.
+ Respond to customer inquiries.
+ Promote customer satisfaction with property manager/customer.
+ Remain current with new equipment and products.
+ Other duties assigned.

What we’re looking for
Required Education and Experience:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent; or 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
+ Good oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to handle daily and weekly service tasks utilizing route/dispatch software tools.
+ Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
+ Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees.
+ Ability to promptly respond to inquiries or complaints from customers.
Special Requirements, Licenses, or Certificates:
+ Own and supply basic hand tools.
+ Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
