Description We are looking for an experienced Global Treasury Manager to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee critical financial operations, including capital structure optimization, cash flow forecasting, and global banking relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strategic alignment within a leading manufacturing organization.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise treasury staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company policies.
• Analyze the organization's capital structure to optimize debt and equity ratios, as well as manage debt maturity schedules.
• Develop and oversee processes for forecasting financial positions and cash requirements across business units.
• Manage global banking relationships and ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Oversee daily cash operations, including cash investments and foreign currency transactions.
• Collaborate with senior management to refine cash investment strategies and policies.
• Manage payment and receipt processing technologies, including negotiating contracts with banks and vendors.
• Monitor and execute foreign exchange risk management activities, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements for all treasury functions.
• Work closely with the financial accounting and tax teams to ensure efficient handling and reporting of treasury transactions. Requirements • Extensive knowledge of cash management, investment strategies, and financial planning.
• Strong background in finance and accounting concepts, including compliance and planning.
• Proficiency in treasury operations, such as cash management and international currency processes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high level of discretion.
