Robert Half Marketing and Creative has an agency client looking for a skilled and resourceful Creative Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. This role requires expertise in managing creative projects, particularly within the home, beauty, and fashion industries. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full lifecycle of creative projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Act as the primary point of communication between clients, creative teams, and stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and photographers, to ensure projects meet client goals.
• Monitor project progress and address roadblocks to maintain momentum and achieve deliverables.
• Present updates, milestones, and final outcomes to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Apply industry expertise in home, beauty, and fashion to inform creative strategies and enhance project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to refine workflows and improve efficiency across project management processes.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail.
• Ensure all deliverables are tailored to resonate with target audiences while adhering to industry standards.
Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in project management within a creative agency, with a focus on home, beauty, or fashion industries.
• Proven ability to oversee complex projects across digital, social, print, and experiential platforms.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Strong understanding of creative processes, resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience managing client relationships in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with production processes including graphic design, digital marketing, and content creation.
