    Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality personal care products is seeking a QA Lead to join their team!

     

    **Contract length:** 1 year contract-to-hire

    **Shift:** 3rd (9pm- 5am) or 2nd (2-10pm)

    **Location:** Pomona, CA

    **Pay rate range:** $28-$30/hr.

    Job Description:

    As a QA Lead, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to quality and excellence. You will provide oversight of QA Inspectors and ensure compliance with quality & company standards. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and commitment to quality will be essential in maintaining our reputation as a trusted personal care brand.

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead inspection of raw materials, in process and finished goods.

    + Review and release inspection records.

    + Review documentation for accuracy and completion.

    + Communicate any issues or nonconformances to upper leadership

    + Participate in FDA and supplier audits.

    + Provide solutions.

    + Assist with training of new hires.

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing environment.

    + Strong communication and leadership skills.

    + Eager and willingness to learn.

    + Ability to accept constructive feedback professionally.

    + Experience with audits.

    + Ability to follow procedures and protocols. Detail oriented.

    + Strong critical thinking skills.
