Through our dedicated, experienced and skilled clinicians, we provide patients and their families with the highest quality of personalized care. Programs are offered for children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental illness as well as offering services specializing in Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Geriatric Services. *Job Summary* Working on a multidisciplinary team including a clinician and board certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist co-facilitating groups providing therapy to children and adolescents aged 11-14 years old. Participation in weekly meetings to discuss patient progress in treatment and their needs; collaboration with community providers, schools, DCF workers etc. to ensure continuity of care. Support the completion of intakes, referrals and discharges. Provide transport in company vehicles to clients living in the catchment area upon obtaining Public service endorsement. Reports to Clinical Supervisor and Program Manager, or designee. * Bachelor Degree in Human Services * Ability to obtain Public Service License required * Demonstrated competence including knowledge and behaviors to meet age-specific needs of the client population * Experience working in related human service setting with similar age group The Extended Day Treatment Program at the Institute of Living serve a culturally diverse population and seek a culturally competent staff.
