This opportunity is located IN-OFFICE at 100 Throckmorton Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102
This position will also require someone to work non-traditional work hours. You should be flexible and able to accommodate working weekend morning shifts, holiday morning shifts, and evening next-day funding shifts. Bonus pay is provided as a result of the non-traditional hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Loss Prevention Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding the integrity of Deluxe Merchant Services. You'll work closely with the Department Manager, you’ll lead a team of Loss Prevention analysts, guide daily operations, and oversee the risk review and escalation process. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining compliance, reducing risk, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both internal and external customers.
+ Monitor and evaluate workload and employee skill sets
+ Train, develop, and challenge employees with new responsibilities and goals
+ Provide constructive feedback to employees
+ Address and resolve escalated situations
+ Delegate and/or supervise additional tasks, projects, or responsibilities
+ Review re-evaluation requests and make recommendations for changes in merchant processing parameters. This process entails reviewing merchant processing history, acquired financial data, credit bureau reports, and other applicable information relevant to risk assessment.
+ Input information into online systems such as the Merchant System, Suspense System, and LP Online regarding account status and logging notes on each investigation. Review / request additional information to decision daily audits in determining if a merchant’s processing activity is an acceptable risk to Deluxe.
+ Answer questions from internal/external customers regarding audit status, policies, and procedures. Facilitate and communicate Loss Prevention decision making processes; department policies and procedures; and make inquiries to internal and external customers.
+ Communicate the exceptions of approved parameters in the audit process as to how or why an account was audited. This is done by telephone, e-mail, and orally to both internal and external customers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: (Required)
+ Education and Experience: Bachelor’s in business or related field and 2 years of related experience or HS/GED and 4 years
+ PC literate with proficiency in general Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
+ Strong mathematic and analytical skills with the ability to define problems; collect and research data; establish facts and draw legitimate conclusions.
+ Competently prioritizes tasks and organizes work efficiently.
+ High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
+ Must be 18 years of age or older
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Desired but not required)
+ Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years industry experience.
+ Risk analysis / risk management experience preferred.
+ Ability to efficiently manage time, manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting crucial deadlines.
+ Previous supervisory experience a plus.
+ Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
+ Effective written/oral communications skills with respect to developing/delivering reports, communicating proper procedures, and daily correspondence with merchants, business partners, peers and upper-level management.
