Required Skills:

Global Infrastructure Supply Chain Lead Responsibilities:

1. Develop strategies and implementation to solve important challenges across Meta’s infrastructure supply chain

2. Identify opportunities to improve and scale Meta’s infrastructure supply chain capacity

3. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver longer term solutions to prioritized business, operational, and/or technical challenges

4. Engage with leaders across the supply chain team and our cross-functional partners to understand key problems and issues impacting the business

5. Maintain a broad understanding of industry and supply chain external developments to enable Meta to leverage best practices and stay at the leading edge

6. Lead design and implementation for complex solutions to deliver meaningful, sustained supply chain improvements, leveraging business and technical expertise from multiple, global supply chain system transformations

7. Influence key stakeholders taking feedback and gaining alignment on proposed direction and plans

8. Establish and develop a data-informed approach, including metrics, to measure progress and outcomes

9. Effectively communicate to multiple stakeholders and teams

10. Grow and develop leaders across the infrastructure supply chain organization

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

11. Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience

12. 15+ years of experience in leading global, complex supply chain teams in infrastructure or related domain

13. 10+ years of experience in deploying End-to-End Supply Chain Solutions (ERP, SCM, PLM, etc), in an infrastructure area

14. Experience with ERP Applications including Demand Management, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement

15. Demonstrated successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to influence and execute supply chain strategy and execution

16. Proven experience to create and follow a structured communication strategy to keep internal and external stakeholders informed and engaged

Public Compensation:

$319,000/year to $377,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
