    Job Description

    An employer in the insurance industry is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for their fully-remote team. The ideal candidate will manage new technical projects, ensure active projects progress, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Responsibilities include fielding new technical requests and collaborating with project managers to understand capacity and requirements, reporting on active projects via the system of record, maintaining communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment, participating in meetings to understand business problems and gather information, holding technical teams and vendors accountable for deliverables and timelines, coordinating with the vendor compliance team to ensure compliance standards are met, working closely with the legal team to ensure cohesive handling of demands, and managing projects through the demand flow, covering all aspects from start to finish.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ years of experience in a business analytics or project management focused role.

     

    Experience working on highly technical projects, including software implementations and feature enhancements.

     

    Experience working with internal stakeholders and third party vendors.

     

    Strong communication skills for maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.

     

    Organized, consistent, and able to work independently.

     

    Problem-solving skills to proactively identify and address issues.

     

    Experience working in an agile environment.

     

    Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, ServiceNow or Azure DevOps.

     

    Strong analytical skills to understand business problems and gather necessary information. null
