Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee both financial and human resource operations for our organization in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is integral to ensuring accurate financial reporting, performance tracking, and compliance with payroll and HR requirements. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the position offers hourly compensation with additional incentives tied to timely deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver weekly financial reports, including profit and loss updates, scorecard tracking, and sales forecasting.

• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with financial expectations and making necessary adjustments.

• Conduct detailed job costing by category, customer, and order, providing insights into manufacturing and customer trends.

• Handle payroll processes, employee timesheets, and sales commission calculations while maintaining compliance with HR documentation.

• Enter and update financial data in QuickBooks, perform monthly reconciliations, and maintain accurate balance sheets.

• Manage accounts receivable by generating invoices, tracking payments, and overseeing customer onboarding and collections.

• Oversee accounts payable processes, including issuing checks, classifying entries, and onboarding new vendors.

• Ensure timely sales tax reporting and payments on a monthly basis.

• Coordinate purchasing activities for garments, embroidery, and office supplies to meet operational needs. Requirements

•AAS in Accounting preferred

•4+ years experience in a bookkeeping role w/office management experience

•QuickBooks Online & Advanced Excel skills REQUIRED; (testing will be administered)

•Must be open to working on-site
