    Supply Chain Coordinator jobs require candidates to process and handle shipments based on the needs of our customers and as per their SOP's accurately, efficiently, and timely all within a warehouse environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below - Apply Now

     

    **SHIFT:** Monday-Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM (HYRBID - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

    **PAY:** $ 18.00/hr

    Responsibilities for Supply Chain Coordinator jobs include but are not limited to:

    - Ensure compliance of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPS) and address nonconformities either by immediate resolution or escalation.

     

    - Open order management, missing PO investigation and creation/upload requests.

     

    - Manage Suppliers open order and booking process

     

    - Monitor date entry integrity and ensure system reflects current data.

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Supply Chain Coordinator jobs:

    - Experienced in supporting accounts within a 3PL, shipping line or freight forwarding operational environment.

     

    - Minimum 1 year experience on Export shipping, supplier management, supply chain management and documentation checking/compliance.

     

    - Preferred Ocean export experience

     

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
