_Property Maintenance Technicians_

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Commercial General Maintenance** Technicians for projects in the Kansas City, MO area. The pay range is **$18-$25** per hour based on experience. All technicians are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are seeking skilled craftsmen with precision skills, to join our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven professionals. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

+ Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.

+ Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.

+ Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.

+ Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.

+ Performs routine maintenance on building systems.

+ Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.

+ Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.

+ Performs other related duties as assigned.

Ultimate Commercial General Maintenance Technician Requirements

+ 2+ years of commercial maintenance or related experience

+ Appropriate PPE (hard hat, vest, steel-toe boots)

+ Must have basic hand tools and maintenance-specific tools to perform trade

+ Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs without assistance

+ 10-panel drug test required
