    Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (GPN/LPN):

    + Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

    + Ability to work 12 hour shifts required

    + Experience in a rehab setting required

    + Successful completion of a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen
