Part-time Evening Campus Facilitator

WKU in Owensboro's Evening Campus Facilitator works during evenings and some weekends at the campus and will be able to:
+ Provide support and assistance to Connect course students and facilitators, including arriving at assigned Connect courses 30 minutes before class time, having all equipment operational by beginning of classes, Troubleshooting equipment and working through problems with HelpDesk staff
+ Assists professors with classroom assignments, distributing materials, accepting student work and sending it to correct location, and proctoring exams.
+ Secure and straighten all classrooms after vacated and close and secure the building when all evening classes have ended
+ Greet all WKU Owensboro students, staff, faculty, and other members of the community upon entry to the campus
+ Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the proper resource
+ Assists with office duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
+ High School Diploma
+ Understanding and comfort with technology, including computers, video equipment, copiers, scanners
+ Communication and customer service skills
+ Willingness to work evenings and some weekends and ability to work alone at times
Additional Information:
Hourly Rate: $13.26
