As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’re not just managing rooms—you’re shaping the guest experience. You’ll lead a team committed to delivering clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces every day. What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the Team
Coach, motivate, and support housekeeping associates through daily operations. Recognize great performance, provide clear feedback, and help the team grow.
Oversee Daily Operations
Open and close the department, assign room boards, and keep everyone organized and on track. You’ll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes so the team can focus on quality.
Conduct Inspections
Walk guest rooms and public areas to make sure everything meets cleanliness and brand standards before guests arrive.
Coordinate Across Departments
Work closely with the front desk, engineering, and other teams to ensure room readiness and exceptional service.
Plan Ahead
Forecast staffing needs and supply levels to create efficient schedules and make cost-conscious decisions.
Manage Lost & Found
Track lost items, communicate with guests, and ensure belongings are returned when possible.
Support Safety and Cleanliness
Promote a safe, clean work environment. Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly and follow all company policies.
Lead Daily Team Communication
Run productive daily stand-ups to keep everyone informed, motivated, and aligned.
Lend a Hand When Needed
Operate laundry equipment or assist with room tasks to support the team and ensure the job gets done.
What You Bring
Experience
+ At least 6 months of experience in housekeeping or a related field
+ Hospitality experience is a plus
Education
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Technology Skills
+ Comfortable with basic computer systems (for scheduling, communication, and reporting)
Physical Requirements
+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly
+ Comfortable bending, squatting, standing, and walking for extended periods
Schedule Flexibility
+ Willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
