Description

We are looking for a skilled Presentation Specialist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in creating high-quality presentations, pitch books, and other documents using the Microsoft Office Suite. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional work.

NIGHT SHIFT ONLY -ONSITE Columbus, OH Hours: 4pm-12:30am

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality presentations, pitch books, and other materials utilizing advanced features in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of requested materials.

• Provide guidance and training to other presentation specialists on skill enhancements and efficiency techniques.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews on completed work to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency.

• Handle reprographic tasks, including photocopying and scanning, with minimal supervision.

• Adapt to shifting priorities and manage tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional organizational skills.

• Communicate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds to ensure seamless workflow and project success.

• Follow established procedures to receive, prioritize, and complete client requests efficiently.

Requirements • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in deliverables.

• Familiarity with creating pitch books and high-quality presentations.

• Ability to work independently and handle reprographic tasks with minimal oversight.
