    We’re looking to hire a Real-Time Data Engineer / Streaming Engineer for our Full-Time Engagement Professional Division.     Requirements

    Skills & Qualifications

     

    + 2-3+ years of experience in real-time data engineering or a similar role.

    + Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and stream processing frameworks (e.g., Flink, Spark Streaming, ksqlDB).

    + Experience with Apache Pulsar or willingness to learn and adopt it.

    + Solid understanding of event-driven architectures and message brokers.

    + Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python for building streaming applications.

    + Experience with cloud-native streaming services (e.g., Amazon MSK, Azure Event Hubs, Google Pub/Sub).

    + Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

    + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Responsibilities

    + Design and implement real-time data pipelines using technologies such as Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, Apache Pulsar, and Spark Streaming.

    + Develop and maintain stream processing applications using ksqlDB, Flink SQL, or similar tools.

    + Implement event-driven systems that support high-throughput, low-latency data flows.

    + Integrate with cloud-native streaming platforms such as Amazon MSK, Azure Event Hubs, or Google Pub/Sub.

    + Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless data flow and system reliability.

    + Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize streaming applications for performance and scalability.

    + Implement data quality, observability, and governance practices in streaming environments.

    + Contribute to the evolution of the data platform architecture and best practices.
