Williams Plumbing, based in Belgrade, Montana, is looking for a Division Manager to lead a team of Project Managers and Superintendents overseeing large-scale mechanical construction projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You’ll own the performance and growth of one of our mechanical divisions - leading people, projects, and process.

+ Lead a team of Project Managers and Superintendents through preconstruction and construction

+ Ensure project success : scope, schedule, safety, quality, and budget

+ Drive profitability through P&L management, forecasting, and strategic planning

+ Mentor and train staff across field and office roles to develop talent and build bench strength

+ Optimize operations by aligning schedules, manpower, BIM/VDC, prefab, and procurement

+ Strengthen client relationships , support business development, and grow your division’s pipeline

+ Analyze data and KPIs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and implement continuous improvement

WHAT YOU BRING:

+ Strong technical background in mechanical/plumbing systems

+ Proven leadership of project teams in a construction setting

+ Ability to manage business operations, financials, and people

+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar

+ PMP or CM-Lean certification is a plus

+ Excellent communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
