    Job Summary:

    WMC Health Network is currently seeking an Advanced Clinical Recruiter(ACR) to facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process for Physicians and Advanced Clinical Providers.

    Responsibilities:

    + Planning, coordinating, and directing activities related to the recruitment, selection, and placement of all advanced clinical new hires.

    + Act as a key advisor for their designated service lines and will assume full responsibility for advertising campaigns, employment offers, onboarding and the overall candidate experience from start to finish.

    + Provide excellent customer service for providers throughout the on-boarding and credentialing process.

    + Acts as the main point of contact for all advanced clinical new hires.

    + Manage the on-boarding progress for providers to ensure they are credentialed and onboarded in an efficient timeframe.

    + Utilize and manage various sourcing sites.

    + Attend local and national recruitment events on a quarterly basis.

    + Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) when screening candidates and posting positions.

    + Works with leadership to find candidates that match their needs.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    Experience:

    Two (2) years previous healthcare and/or Advanced Clinical recruiting background is preferred.

    Education:

    Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field.
