    Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.

     

    We are looking for licensed Thai professional engineers, each with a minimum of five (5) years of experience dedicated to fire protection system design. Your expertise will ensure full compliance with local Thai building codes, fire protection regulations, and permitting requirements. Your role is essential for validating design documentation, facilitating coordination with local authorities, and supporting the permit application process.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Responsibilities include validating all design documents, liaising with local regulatory authorities, and supporting all aspects of the permit application process.

    + Conduct design reviews to ensure fire protection systems meet project specifications, performance criteria, and safety objectives.

    + Provide technical expertise and guidance on fire suppression, fire alarm, and life safety systems.

    + Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

    Qualifications to be successful in the role:

    + Hold a valid license to practice engineering in Thailand

    + Licensed Fire Protection Engineer / Certified Fire Protection Inspector is preferred

    + A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrable experience in fire protection system design is required, in compliance with local fire protection regulations and applicable U.S. standards

    + Must be fully knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Thai building codes, fire protection regulations, and permitting requirements
