Description We are looking for a skilled HR Director to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations within our organization. This role requires a strategic mindset, with the ability to manage employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance while supporting organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR systems and processes to ensure optimal efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee payroll operations, benefits administration, and compensation planning to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Lead the design and management of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
• Collaborate with the executive team to provide HR insights and align workforce planning with organizational needs.
• Utilize HRMS and HCM tools to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
• Oversee recruitment efforts, including the use of ATS platforms, to attract and retain top talent.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters.
• Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational culture. Requirements • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as an HR Director.
• Expertise in using HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, HRMS, and HCM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processes, and compensation structures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations and address workplace issues effectively.
• In-depth understanding of compliance with employment laws and industry regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Experience with automated payroll systems and benefits coordination.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute initiatives that align with organizational goals.
