Description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Big Rapids, Michigan. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting desktop systems, hardware, and software to ensure seamless operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong attention to detail to contribute to a dynamic environment while enhancing system functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to operating systems, network connectivity, and software applications.

• Configure and maintain desktop systems, including hardware upgrades and software installations.

• Troubleshoot and repair printer hardware and Apple and Android devices as needed.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with procedures and configuration management standards.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to assist with documentation and reporting.

• Manage Active Directory tasks, such as user account creation and permissions.

• Offer deskside support to end-users, addressing technical concerns promptly and effectively.

• Monitor and resolve server-related issues to maintain uninterrupted system availability.

• Ensure proper setup and maintenance of desktop and laptop hardware in alignment with organizational requirements.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Strong knowledge of operating systems, network connectivity, and software applications.

• Experience with desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Active Directory and configuration management.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve printer hardware and mobile device issues (Apple and Android).

• Expertise in technical support, including deskside assistance and compliance with procedures.

• Solid understanding of computer hardware and peripheral equipment.
