Position Overview:
Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection and airspace technology. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. As we expand, we're looking for a highly motivated individual to provide effective and efficient support to Hidden Level.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support to a portfolio of individuals/teams across the business and locations, including onsite presence at each location
+ Handle sophisticated calendars in a fast-paced environment and prioritize commitments to enhance time and productivity
+ Book travel arrangements (domestic and international)
+ Track and process expense reports
+ Manage the scheduling of company training
+ Assist with the recruitment process as needed
+ Manage company swag and on-line store
+ Managing company events:
+ Schedule and coordinate company events, on and off-site. This may include room reservations, meals, participant notifications, agendas, hospitality, and audio/visual equipment.
+ Conduct post-event data collection and analysis to inform future events
+ Coordinate, manage and distribute event tickets
+ Manage relationships with vendors
+ Philanthropy/Community Outreach:
+ Identify opportunities of interest
+ Develops formal process
+ Work with the HR and CEO on opportunities
+ Manage yearly budget
+ Assist with additional projects and other duties as required

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree.
+ 7+ years of previous administrative or personal support experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask / attention to detail
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation and Benefits: Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, disability insurance, and potential stock options.
Salary Range: The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $80,000 to $90,000 annually. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Hidden Level considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
