    Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to support a cross-functional Salesforce CRM product team. This team is focused on delivering scalable, high-impact CRM solutions using Agile methodologies. The Scrum Master will work closely with internal and external development resources and be embedded in a business-led product structure.

     

    _Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

     

    _Rate: $52 - $62 / hr. w2_

    Responsibilities:

    + Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).

    + Coach the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices.

    + Ensure team alignment with sprint goals and remove impediments to progress.

    + Foster a culture of continuous improvement and transparency.

    + Collaborate with a distributed team including onshore and offshore developers, QA testers, and business analysts.

    + Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and actionable product backlog.

    + Track and communicate team metrics and progress toward sprint and release goals.

    Experience Requirements:

    Required Skills:

    + 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

    + Proven experience supporting Salesforce CRM implementations.

    + Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).

    + Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

    + Experience working with distributed teams and external vendors.

    + Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and AppExchange integrations.

    + Experience in utility or energy sector CRM projects is a plus.

    + Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to evolving priorities.

     

    _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
