Job Summary:

This position will be to manage the SONAR Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) development efforts – ensuring development, delivery schedule, and technical requirements are met for the IETM.

Roles and Responsibilities

+ Provide IETM inputs to various PMS4012 Messages (Monthly, Quarterly, etc.)

+ Provide IETM inputs into Engineering Change Instruction (ECI) and ILS Certification review cycles as necessary

+ Act as liaison between ILS partners and PMS4012 ILS Manager for IETM product implementation/fleet support

+ Maintain communication with NUWCDIVNPT System Engineers over required updates as necessary and continued bridged communication between Lockheed Martin ILS IETM team

+ Review Technical Manual Deficiency/Evaluation Report (TMDER) from Acoustic Material Training Representatives (AMTR)

+ Communicate with Squadrons/Shore facilities for IETM housing requirements for distance troubleshooting efforts

+ Serve as ARCI ILS IETM Government point of contact for TI18 Victoria (FMS – Canada)

+ Serve as ARCI ILS IETM Government point of contact for all U.S. Submarine Force IETM efforts

+ Maintain communication with NUWC management on work product statuses

+ Attend and participate in all required meetings (indicated below)

Required Qualifications:

+ Currently possess or have the ability to possess an active Secret Clearance.

+ Well-versed with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer functions

+ Customer service-oriented.

+ Analytical ability to define problems, collect data, and take recommended action based upon applicable established guidelines.

+ Effective communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to work in a team environment.
