_Note: The hourly rate for this position is $21 - $26 / hour. Responsibilities:

+ WORK SCHEDULE: 5 X 8'S

+ Perform all phases of carpentry including framing, siding, drywall, cabinetry, trim, and finish work

+ Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings with precision

+ Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy using hand and power tool

+ Install doors, windows, cabinetry, fixtures, and structural components as per specifications

+ Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and in compliance with OSHA safety standards

+ Collaborate with site leads and team members to meet project milestones and deadlines

+ Adapt to varied job site environments including residential, commercial, interior, and exterior spaces

+ Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in all phases of carpentry

+ Must have your own tools of the trade

+ Must have reliable transportation daily travel to and from job sites is required

+ Ability to work independently and with a team in both indoor and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)

+ Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and ability to follow instructions from supervisors and GCs

+ Must be punctual, dependable, and professional

+ Be eligible to work in the United States
