Join us in revolutionizing how millions of content creators get paid across Amazon’s Digital businesses. Digital Acceleration is Amazon’s e-commerce engine driving digital products, including Kindle, Music, Video, and Prime.

We're seeking a seasoned technical product leader who can thrive in ambiguous environments while driving enterprise-scale innovation in our royalties contract to pay suite of product offerings.

As digital consumption evolves and transforms the creator economy, we are looking for a strategic product leader who can help shape the next generation of automated payment solutions that delivers a best in class experience to our creators while driving operational efficiency. In this role, you'll tackle intrinsically complex challenges at the intersection of calculations, payments, technology and the creator experience.

The industry is moving towards innovative payment approaches that eliminate friction and enhance customer engagement through predictive insights and flexible payment models.

You'll work backwards from a bold vision, navigating diverse stakeholder needs and diving deep into technical systems and processes.

We're looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise to innovate and demonstrate sound business. You will need to have a relentless focus on improving creator experiences through automation and technical innovation.

About the team

Amazon Digital Acceleration powers ordering, subscriptions, and device management for Prime, Amazon Video, Music, Audible, Alexa, and Kindle, amongst other digital businesses. We process billions of digital purchases every year and enable our digital businesses to grow their businesses worldwide. We are on a mission to be earth's best provider of one-time and recurring digital commerce, delivering a seamless and enjoyable post-purchase customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience technical product management

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements

- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
