    Adecco is seeking a **Human Resources Generalist** to join our clients dynamic team in Charleston, WV. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and wants to play a key part in shaping employee experience, policy, and engagement in a global organization.

     

    • Key Responsibilities:

    + Partner with leaders to implement core **HR initiatives** that drive engagement and retention

    + Administer and support **benefits programs** , **FMLA/LOA** , and wellness initiatives

    + Manage the **full employee lifecycle** – from recruiting and onboarding to offboarding

    + Conduct **employee evaluations** , provide coaching support, and champion performance development

    + Maintain accurate and confidential **HRIS and personnel records**

    + Serve as a trusted **employee relations advisor** , resolving concerns with professionalism and care

    + Ensure compliance with **federal, state, and company labor regulations and policies**

    • What You Bring:

    + **2–5 years of progressive HR experience** in a manufacturing or similar environment

    + Strong knowledge of **employment law, FMLA, ADA, and HR best practices**

    + Proficiency in **HRIS systems** (e.g., SAP, ADP, Kronos, Workday, or similar)

    + Passion for **continuous improvement** , building trust, and supporting company culture

    + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

    + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
