Bilingual (Spanish) Yard Operations Warehouse Associate – Kent, WA

**Location:** Kent, WA 98031

**Pay Rate:** $18.00/hr.

**Schedule:** 5 days/week (Monday–Saturday) | 8-hour shifts between 5 AM – 8 PM

Join a fast-paced, hands-on role where organization meets action. As a Yard Operations Warehouse Associate, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our delivery yard and warehouse running smoothly. From guiding trucks to managing freight, your work ensures everything gets where it needs to go—on time and in top shape.

What You’ll Do:

+ Direct trucks to the correct docks and monitor contractor parking.

+ Audit vehicles for permits, DOT/MC numbers, and safety compliance.

+ Keep the yard and warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized.

+ Assist with inbound/outbound freight, inventory, and product assembly.

+ Handle driver check-ins and verify delivery data.

+ Walk the equivalent of a football field **15+ times a day** —this is a role for someone who loves to stay active!

What You Bring:

+ **Bilingual (English/Spanish)** – a must!

+ Detail-oriented and self-motivated, especially in outdoor environments.

+ Flexible availability between 5 am – 8 pm, Monday through Saturday.

+ Able to lift/move up to 75 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods.

+ Basic computer skills and warehouse/dock experience.

+ Familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
