Are you a trend-savvy, data-obsessed buyer who lives at the intersection of commerce and creativity? Wantable is searching for a eCommerce Buyer to shape the future of our SEAS and INTERVAL websites. This role is tailor-made for a sharp, strategic merchant who thrives in the fast-paced world of e-commerce and knows how to turn insight into impact.
You’ll own the digital product assortment across all categories—apparel, graphics, sleepwear, and future lifestyle expansions—and collaborate with a dynamic team spanning Merchandising, Planning, Creative, and Marketing. This is your opportunity to build compelling, brand-aligned product edits that convert and inspire.
What You’ll Do
+ Own the end-to-end buy for our websites across multiple categories.
+ Build seasonal and monthly assortments that excite our online customer and exceed financial goals.
+ Use sales data, site metrics, and digital behavior to drive buying, reordering, and markdown strategies.
+ Partner with Planning on forecasting, OTB, and inventory flow.
+ Align with DTC, E-Commerce, Merchandising and Marketing to support key launches and promotional moments.
+ Work hand-in-hand with Creative to elevate merchandising, storytelling, and styling.
+ Spot and act on emerging trends and customer insights to identify whitespace.
+ Monitor daily site performance, reacting quickly to maximize sales and minimize excess.
Stay ahead of the curve on digital and cultural trends shaping the DTC experience.
Requirements
What You Bring
+ 5+ years of experience in Buying or Merchandising, with a strong DTC/e-commerce focus.
+ Proven success in women’s apparel and accessories.
+ Experience partnering with design or product development teams is a plus.
+ Strong analytical chops and advanced Excel skills—you’re fluent in AUR, UPT, and conversion.
+ Confident managing OTB and forecasting performance.
+ Deep understanding of site KPIs and digital merchandising.
+ Curiosity for emerging tools and AI that improve buying and planning decisions.
+ A sharp eye for product and an intuitive sense of what will sell.
+ Excellent collaboration and communication skills—you’re a connector who thrives in a hybrid setting.

+ Hybrid role: Minimum of 2-3 in-office days/week in our Los Angeles office (with flexibility for more during key periods).
+ Occasional travel to trade shows, sourcing trips, and vendor visits (domestic and international).
