Required Education/Experience

+ Master's Degree and minimum six (6) years of relevant work experience within Human Resources, Learning, Education, Technology, Project Management, and/or Learning Transformation, or

+ Bachelor's Degree and minimum six (8) years of relevant work experience within Human Resources, Learning, Education, Technology, Project Management, and/or Learning Transformation.

Relevant Work Experience

+ Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership, required.

+ Proven learning agility to understand and implement new processes and/or technology, required.

+ Ability to work flexibly on multiple assignments with changing priorities while staying on schedule and within budget, required.

+ Proven Project Management leadership, required.

+ Must be experienced in leading, motivating and developing others, required.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude, required.

+ Familiarity with learning & inclusion and human resources business processes, required.

+ Must be experienced assessing business requirements, developing recommendations for process and system changes, required.

+ Must be able to develop long term plans and priorities and develop annual project budgets, required.

+ Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, good communications, presentation and project management skills, required.

+ Must be proficient in Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook), required.

+ Proven skills in conducting discovery, design, and implementation of LMS/Learning Ecosystems, along with knowledge of learning management systems and applications, preferred.

+ Familiarity with career development programs, succession management, and tuition aid programs, along with proven skills in change management, preferred.

+ Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent, preferred.

+ Knowledge and experience with HCM (Oracle), preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

+ Driver's License Required

+ Certified Project Management (CPM) Preferred

+ Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred

Physical Demands

+ Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds

+ Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday

+ Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday

+ Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday

+ Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and kneel throughout the workday

+ Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday

+ Ability to read small print and symbols

Additional Physical Demands

+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
