Pay Rate:

+ CO: $60.96–$76.31/hr

+ AL: $61.92–$77.52/hr **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly motivated **Software Engineer – Test & Verification** to support one of the most advanced missile defense systems in the world. What You’ll Do

As a Test & Verification Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in validating the performance and reliability of complex aerospace systems. You will:

+ Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test procedures

+ Analyze and verify software functionality in integrated environments

+ Collaborate with developers and engineers in Agile teams

+ Participate in peer reviews and contribute to test infrastructure design

+ Support DevSecOps practices and continuous integration pipelines

+ Document test results and support issue resolution

+ Work 100% onsite in a secure, collaborative environment

+ Travel domestically up to 10% as needed

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

+ 7+ years of engineering experience (or 5+ with a Master’s, 3+ with a PhD)

+ Experience with automated testing of software-intensive systems

+ Familiarity with Agile development processes

+ Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

+ Security+ certification (or similar) required within 60 days of start

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in a DevSecOps environment

+ Background in aerospace or defense systems testing

+ Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools

**Pay Details:** $60.96 to $76.31 per hour
