    We’re looking for a Senior Azure Infrastructure Consultant to lead hybrid cloud projects for clients in co-managed IT environments. You'll design, deploy, and support Azure-based infrastructure while serving as an escalation point and technical mentor.

    What You’ll Do

    + Architect and maintain Azure IaaS workloads (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Backup)

    + Manage hybrid identity (Azure AD / Entra ID, AAD Connect, Conditional Access)

    + Lead migrations from on-prem to cloud (Hyper-V/VMware to Azure)

    + Automate using PowerShell, Terraform, or ARM templates

    + Collaborate with internal and client teams in shared responsibility models

    + Ensure documentation, compliance, and service delivery standards

    What We’re Looking For

    + 7+ years of IT infrastructure experience; 3+ years in an MSP/co-managed role

    + Strong hands-on Azure IaaS knowledge and hybrid cloud understanding

    + PowerShell scripting required; Terraform or similar preferred

    + Windows Server, AD, VMware or Hyper-V familiarity

    + Clear communication and comfort working across teams and clients

    + Preferred: AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-800/801, or similar Microsoft certifications
