Job Description
Primarily interfacing with Purchasers of sold accounts, Debt Management companies and Account holders; performs a variety of document processing, record keeping tasks, transaction processing and sworn document attestations associated with credit card accounts that require a thorough knowledge of products and services in the assigned area. Duties may include entering new account information; changing information on existing accounts; processing transactions; answering customer inquiries; receiving, classifying, consolidating and summarizing documents and information; completing reports and providing administrative support. Responsibilities may also include customer service duties such as answering customer inquiries, correspondence, resolving customer problems and responding to customer requests for information.
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to four years of experience in clerical and customer service activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
- In-depth knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to Consumer Credit Card Accounts
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience with Notarial and affidavit process a plus
- Prior experience working with Debt Buyers and or Debt Management/Debt Consolidation Companies a plus

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.50
