    SUMMARY

    The Lead Job Coach supports individuals with minimal work experience by providing on-the-job training, helping them develop skills needed to succeed in competitive work environments. This full-time role includes a flexible schedule and assisting with school-year classes under the program coordinator's guidance.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    + Provide individualized on-site job coaching to meet vocational goals.

    + Support participants in learning job roles and communication using natural supports.

    + Observe, document, and report participant behaviors and progress.

    + Ensure quality control and adherence to employer standards.

    + Facilitate effective communication between participants, employers, and team members.

    + Complete and assist with vocational assessments.

    + Promote economic self-sufficiency through increased earnings and work hours.

    + Identify job matches based on participant strengths and preferences.

    + Maintain participant safety and compliance with job site policies.

    + Act as liaison between employer and participant; evaluate performance and offer recommendations.

    + Follow agency policies, emergency procedures, and training requirements.

    + Operate vehicles safely for work-related duties.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + 3–6 months of relevant experience or training.

    + Driver’s License

    SCHEDULE

    + 35 hours flex (FT)
