**Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial sector, is seeking an Industrial Electrician to join their team.** As an Industrial Electrician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Production and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a solid work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:** **Industrial Electrician

Pay Range:** **$33.46/hour + shift premiums

What’s the Job?

+ Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment

+ Support production operations by ensuring electrical systems are functioning efficiently

+ Train on 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 8a–4p) for 3 months before transitioning to a 12-hour rotating shift

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain safety and productivity

+ Work flexible hours, including holidays and potential night shifts

What’s Needed?

+ Minimum 3–5 years of electrical experience in a manufacturing setting

+ Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day or night)

+ Willingness to work holidays and adapt to changing shift needs

+ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

+ Commitment to safety and quality standards
